A lively afternoon filled with works by local and regional artists, live music, tasting of wines from our own Waterville Valley eateries, and cheese sampling sponsored by Cabot Creamery. Artwork in a variety of media, donated by local and regional artists, will be auctioned off to benefit the art and science education programs of the Margret and H.A. Rey Center. www.thereycenter.org. This is a family event, although wine tasting participants must have proof of ID.

Family Adventure Package
Family adventure package starting at $295 for a two night stay. Families will arrive to 4 envelopes outlining tasks that need to be completed by the end of their stay. These exercises promise to foster family togetherness and are designed to improve communication between all members (recommended ages 5 and older – but left to your discretion). 22nd Annual Chowderfest and Brews
Area restaurants compete for the "Golden Clam Award " from 12-2 pm in Town Square, For a small admission fee, guests can sample each chowder and vote for their favorite chowder. Local brewer, Smuttynose will serve summer ales under the Town Square Tent 12-5, accompanied by rock and reggae outdoor concerts in the gazebo.
Lodging Package Includes: Two nights of lodging, sampling tickets for Chowderfest, a Chowderfest Souvenir, and Summer Unlimited activities such as bike rentals, golf, boat rentals, tennis, ice skating, chairlift ride and the resort-wide shuttle.

Waterville Goes Country
Rain or shine event held in Town Square. The day starts off with canoe, kayak and pedal boat races around Corcoran's Pond at 1 pm, followed by a "homemade" boat race, called the Ugotta Regatta. Prizes for top three in each. $5 entry fee per person per race. For more information contact the Waterville Valley Recreation Department at 603-236-4695. Then Waterville will be jammin’ on Saturday 2pm – 9pm with two of the regions top country bands- the Eric Grant Band and the Tammy Jackson Band, kids games and activities, barbeque, Sugar-Coated Shakespeare, and more. These Concerts are FREE!

12th Annual Chocolate & Jazz
A smooth treat for the senses at Town Square. Curious George Cottage Family Festival
Curious George and the Man in the Yellow Hat will visit Waterville Valley for a weekend of fun for the whole family. The Margret and H.A. Rey Center's fifth annual Curious George Cottage Family Festival will feature a weekend full of family-friendly activities including a banana pancake breakfast with Curious George and the Man in the Yellow Hat, Mad Science Show, a family nature walk, photo opportunities with Curious George and the Man in the Yellow Hat, live music by Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys, Waterville Valley fire truck on display, petting zoo, face painting, games for kids, story hour, planetarium shows by Plymouth State University, movie in the park, Curious George spaghetti dinner, and craft hours. Also don't forget to enjoy the Summer Unlimited activities while in town.

13th Annual Chili Challenge
Waterville Valley area restaurants compete in Town Square for the title of the best chili around between noon and 2pm. Attendees pay a sampling fee to taste all contenders’ chilis and then vote for their favorite. There's also a chili bean toss and chili pepper eating challenge and outdoor concert in the gazebo.
